The Programs and Partnerships Division at the Public Health Agency of Canada is pleased to announce the release of two new resources entitled “Chlamydia among young women: A resource for population-specific prevention” and “Syphilis among gay, bisexual and other men who have sex with men: A resource for population-specific prevention.”
These resources synthesize research, assess the effectiveness of behavioural interventions and provide promising practices and evidence-informed strategies for the prevention of chlamydia among young women aged 30 and under and syphilis among gay, bisexual, two-spirit and other men who have sex with men. These resources are intended to support public health professionals and community organizations in the development of evidence-informed strategies for the prevention of chlamydia and syphilis among specific populations.
